The DCTA Bargaining Team goes to the table to negotiate our 22/23 contract on August 23rd.

DCTA Contract Voting Results
Good evening DCTA members.  After a long negotiation session on August 23rd  to come up with a contract tentative agreement, we had a chance to vote on it. An overwhelming 67% of our membership voted.  Below are the results.

A huge THANK YOU to the Bargaining Team and CTA for getting us a two year contract at the BEGINNING of the school year.  No more waiting until June!

Our united membership sent a clear message to the District Office and Board.  We are #StrongerTogether

(1) 22/23 - 9.25% salary increase retro to July 1, 2022
(2) 23/24 - 75% of COLA to salary increase.
(3) 23/24 - Any additional LCFF funds, 50% to DCTA.
